What is FREIRAD?

Hello and welcome to FREIRAD – the only community radio station in Tyrol.

Here you are not just a listener, but part of the program. Our volunteer radio broadcasters talk about topics that are important to them in more than 16 different languages.

Our program is critical, open, sociopolitical and committed, because FREIRAD is more than just a radio station. We are a platform for diversity, openness and participation. We inform and entertain, offer a diversity of perspectives and are both locally and internationally orientated.

At FREIRAD, you have the opportunity to express your opinion freely and enrich diversity on the radio. Sexism, racism and discriminatory statements are not welcome.

Tune in, become part of our community and shape the radio landscape of tomorrow together with us.

Would you like to find out more about FREIRAD or do you want to know how to become a radio broadcaster yourself?
